There can't be many people who haven't found the last 12 months tough.. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have been supported by friends, family and colleagues. Life is people. People focussed decision making has been so important to me, and yes, there are times when you can't always make a decision that makes people happy; but trying to keep focus on the human element in a decision is crucial.
I'm changing career focus to bring my extensive skills and experience to new environments and diversify. Watch this space for more developments.
